I am a Counsellor with a degree in Psychology and currently pursuing postgraduate studies in Transpersonal Psychology. I am committed about creating a warm and safe space where people can explore their emotions, challenges, and possibilities.
For me, counselling is more than a profession, it is the art of walking alongside others with empathy and presence, trusting that within every struggle lies the seed of growth. My purpose is to support individuals in reconnect with their essence, cultivate resilience, and embrace life with clarity and meaning. In doing so, I contribute to building a more compassionate and empathetic world.

I offer in-person therapy in Bundall. Some people find it easier to build trust and feel connected when they are in the same room as their counsellor. I have built the space to be a private, calm, professional and is set up specifically to support your comfort and wellbeing.

I offer Telehealth therapy via secure online video or telephone, so you can meet with me from the comfort of your own home or another private space. Many people appreciate the flexibility of telehealth, especially when balancing work, family, travel, health, or mobility needs.

I provide counselling and therapeutic support for NDIS participants under Capacity Building – Improved Daily Living. These services focus on strengthening emotional wellbeing, self-awareness, coping skills, and everyday functioning in a supportive and respectful environment.
Sessions are delivered individually (1:1) and tailored to each participant’s goals, promoting greater independence, resilience, and quality of life. My approach integrates psychological insight, emotional support, and practical strategies that can be applied to daily living.
Services are provided in accordance with the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits and are delivered by a qualified counselling professional committed to ethical, person-centred care.
